New car

I bought a brand new car 13 months ago and it has been back into the garage 5 times with faults..ie New petrol tank and sensors and other electrical faults. I have asked garage for a refund or new car.. They advised me I would need to pay another £8000 or refund with depreciation.. I cannot trust this car anymore I am in my 70's and scard to go out in it now what are my rights?

    What car and which dealer?

After 13 months I you are not in a strong position. I would consult a solicitor who has experience in this area. Most give FREE initial consultation.
