Long shot, I know but my 95 yr old fil who's bedridden relies on his mobile in his care home but we can't get it to turn on just getting the revolving log- in symbol.Tried to do factory reset but nothing changes. Don't suppose anyone can suggest a solution? We could always get a new mobile but he's so used to this one - he can even use the whatsapp! We even rang tech support but couldn't help.Many thanks.
