Don't panic....yet 😉1 -
Opened and made a cash deposit (>£5k) on the 27th Feb. Place trade on the 28th Feb and trade has settled without issue. However no cashback or SMS yet.Had hoped to see it quickly like many who transferred ISAs in. Currently holding off my transfer in from Lloyds share dealing to avoid any issues with the cashback. Ideally if everything done before the start of tax year probably will save the upcoming £20 1/2 year fee from Lloyds.0

I believe the T&Cs state that the cashback would be paid within 30 days of you meeting the requirements.Personal Responsibility - Sad but True

I opened a new account for myself, and one for my wife, she has had the cashback through now as we funded hers a little while earlier via a transfer from Fidelity. It appeared as £100 in a GIA, which I assume I can just transfer out if I want (I'll probs do that). Still waiting on mine but I only funded it about a week or two ago.0
