Please do not go anywhere near this company. After MSE recommended the deal I signed up with them and then changed my mind after receiving a poor response from customer service. I canceled my agreement with them within the 14-day cooling-off period. Yet still, they carried on with the service which meant I lost my phone number and my existing SIM was canceled. They haven't even sent me a SIM for their own network. I spoke to them on the chat service as this is the only way you get to speak to someone. I may as well have spoken to the wall, they sympathize in a way you know means nothing at all, then you are still left at square one. It has been a nightmare and the best result I have is that they will call me within 3 days, even though I stressed that the matter is urgent they will not budge from the 3 days promise of a call. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM
