  • @Abbafan1972 Yes that’s a very good point. I hadn’t really thought about shopping around for a sim only deal. I take it I can keep my number this way? I’ll start looking around in Feb time.

    Definately shop around, my current sim is £15 a month for unlimited mins and text and 150gb data, and my childrens sims are each £2.55 for 6months, then goes up to £5.10, and they get unlimited mins, texts and 15gb data so not a bad deal at all! in fact I found that one through through MSE site!!x

    Why don't you put your soa on include your husband's Incone..you say he wants to put his side into savings but the quicker you get the paid off the quicker you can build.up the savings together. Also remember you accrue annual leave whilst on maternity so you could gain a few weeks on full pay at the end of your maternity which will help. 

    I'd say if it's something that's stressing you out that my husband would want to do it together to ease the stress. Stress isn't good if your trying to get pregnant and whilst your pregnant too.
