I received a winning email on Friday which says -

We’d like to let you know that the prize you’ve won is valued at £500 or more, so as per our T&C’s, neither you nor another individual living at the same residential address as you are entitled to win another Bauer Media prize for the next 6 months. This is so we can ensure everybody has a fair chance of winning.
Looks like they have not updated the paragraph to the new T&Cs which no longer have a household/address  ban (changed several months ago as did the Gobal T&Cs

    old

Prize Limits. No person or persons at the same residential address may win more than one prize valued at £500 or more via any of our Competitions in any six (6) month period.

    Newest

4.12          Prize Limits. Unless otherwise stated in the Specific Terms, each entrant is limited to winning one prize per Competition. There is no limit on the value of a single prize that may be provided to the individual winners of a Competition. However, so that we can ensure fairness of our Competitions we reserve the right to prevent a person to win more than one prize valued at £500 or more via any of our Competitions in any given six (6) month period. For avoidance of doubt this means that an entrant will not be eligible to win any prize if the entrant has in the past six (6) months won a prize valued at £500 or more.  We reserve the right to disqualify your mobile phone number from future Competitions during this period.

I'm currently in Bauer jail for 6 months, what I find amusing is that I won a £500 gift card to be used at the Tewksbury Dobbies garden centre. The terms clearly state you need to live in the radio transmission area. I live over a 150 miles from Tewksbury in North Devon!  I received the gift cards today :)

So they don't always stick to their own terms.
    Well done on your win

    Congratulations

Hits radio Bristol and the South West was one of the stations included, don't know how far south that goes.

(If I entered a Bauer comp for £500 it would need to be a cash prize)

Interesting - this competition (thread here) says at point 4 of the terms:

If you or any other person at your household has won a prize valued at £500 or more on any Bauer brand in the past 6 months, you nor they are not eligible to enter or win this competition.
Does that mean they've accidentally used old terms for that comp?

Not necessarily as the main T&Cs include (my bold italics)

I wouldn't mind for a good four figure sum or more but not sure I would want to win £500 when that wipes out the vast majority of worthwhile free web entry competitions for 6 months

Has the household ban changed again? https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6438164/e-16-04-win-a-vip-trip-to-amsterdam#latest    If anyone has won a competition on any Bauer Media brand (see point below) to the value of £500 or more in the past 6 months, they or any person at the winning address will not be eligible to win the competition.
