Thanks Grizebeck for your continued support. I understand your logic that other points are not needed in this case but please is there any harm in including the point 2,3 and 4 on page 2. I agree to completely forget the point 5. Hope you will not mind asking me this question. Thanks :-)

GreenStone said:Thanks patient_dream, hope my POPLA appeal will be successful. I understand that every assessor is different and have their own mind.
And that's the BIG problem with POPLA, THEY SHOULD BE OF ONE MIND on the facts.
Thank goodness they will be replaced by a government independent appeals service

There is no harm in including other points, known as the kitchen sink approach. You only have to win on one point. They have to win on every point. The more points you have, the more points they have to rebut.
Having seen PoPLA assessors, and senior assessors, who can't count to 14, I would never trust a one or two point appeal, no matter how strong they might be.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks5 -
Thanks Fruitcake. You spoke my mind, that's why I would like to include as many suitable points. Fruitcake, please which points on page 2 you consider to be worth include in the appeal. Thanks3

Chuck them all in! You will win on point 1.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

1. The driver or keeper never left the site, the operator UKPC is put to strict proof that the driver or keeper left the site.
If there is any 'rule' about anyone leaving the site, it will be about the driver.
Just deny that the driver left the site.
What the keeper did or did not do on the day - whether he was even there or not - doesn't matter.4 -
If its like UKCPS there will be no pics so its game over on that point alone4

Many thanks for your much appreciated help. I will submit this appeal (PDF at external website)if there are no other correction required, kindly review it if possible. Thanks0

The last UKPC goon I saw was taking a picture of a van, he got back in his rusty old ford and read his newspaper. ... so much for managing a car park park ?
And we all remember the doctored pictures, was it because goon HQ told him what to do or that he was paid commission ?
And, I wonder if they are stupid enough to go to court with this one, which legal will they mug this time ?4
