Parking Ticket - Driver Left the site

Hello all,
I received a parking ticket from UKPC, they alleged that the driver left the site. I made an appeal to UKPC using the initial template in the newbies section. I received today a follow up letter where they are asking for the driver details. I believe by reading that I should ignore this letter and wait for another letter with POPLA verification code. I will appreciate some feedback on the attached letter. Thanks in advance.

Ignore the futile begging latter and await your PoPLA code.
Plan A is always to complain to the landowner and your MP.
Construct a draft PoPLA appeal when you get the code using all the points available to you from the third post of the NEWBIES.
Get photos of the site and signage if possible. UKPC won't have any proof that the driver left site, and I doubt very much if the signs will have a map of the site boundary or a detailed description so a driver could know where the site boundary ends.
In any case, UKPC signs are always inadequate because the charge for breaching Ts and Cs is always in tiny font.
Post your draft appeal here at the appropriate time before you submit it.

These are normally doddle to win
Do the POPLA on denying leaving site. Stating ukpc have no evidence etc and to effectively challange them to ID you4 -
Many thanks Fruitcake for your quick reply and help. I will get back with the PoPLA appeal draft once I receive the code. Sorry I couldn’t link the uploaded letter due to having a new MSN account. I guess that letter is not needed anyway. Have a nice weekend :-)

I would concentrate solely on a single issue here3

Go to the UKPC website as if you were to pay the PCN (obviously don't!) then you can get to see the photos they hold for your charge. Check if they have any of anyone 'leaving the site'.For a bit of background reading, read the transcript of the last (to my knowledge) case of any PPC pursuing a leaving the site court claim. Take a note of the date of that case. While some of the judge's reasoning has been overtaken by other higher court rulings, you will get a flavour of some things you need to have in your thinking. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thanks Grizebeck for your support. The single issue would be that they didn't provide an evidence that the driver left the site? Thanks

But I would NOT rely on that alone and certainly not ruin the POFA 2012 winning point by talking about "prove I left the site because I didn't"!
Clearly no "I" when talking about the driver.
The keeper appeals to POPLA if no Notice to Keeper arrives by day 56 (which you know about, from the NEWBIES thread where there are POPLA templates for this, including the POFA no NTK point which is already written for UKPC).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks Coupon-mad. There isn't any other forum friendlier than MSN :-)

Normally id agree with you @Coupon-mad but these driver left sites ( where they have no evidence) I always do in the 1st person.
This applies to the likes of Ocean and UKCPS IAS appeals
They just seem to work as a 1st person appeal even at the IAS
Like the attached which was a euro one this week.2
