    Do you have a POPLA code?

    Yes, they send me a POPLA code and said I can appeal there. Do I have to appeal on there now?

    Not until you've read the 'How to win at POPLA' post #3 of the NEWBIES thread.

    This (POPLA) is all as expected.  First appeals are not meant to 'work' necessarily.
    PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    I just had a look at 3rd Post about POPLA appeal. 


    I couldn't find an example for case JD Parking, or they are all the same.

    So, I have to attach a copy of the letter I have received and a copy of the ticket I got it on the day, is that's right?

    No that is not right.  That's not a POPLA appeal.  Please re-read post 3, click on the examples of what a POPLA appeal looks like and use the appeal points relevant to your case.

    Obviously it's generic stuff (appealing to POPLA) and there's no need for us to provide special POPLA points for the over a hundred BPA members!
