Got 28 items on eBay and some are looking encouraging.Thank you for running this thread. I know you will all inspire me. I’ve not been around these forums for a long, long time, but I learn so much. This week I’ve been keeping an eye on my pension that I pay into and it has gone up for the first time in ages, I’ve made a note but I won’t add it unless it continues to grow and is still showing an increase by the end of the month. The last 2 months I’ve also been keeping an eye on refunds from various suppliers as I moved house, that would have been perfect for this!
I’ve got my first mystery shop in years booked for Monday - actually looking forward to it. And I’ve reapplied for Nectar card and got money pending in Top Cashback.you sound like you are doing really well
About time I got organised x
So far this month I can count:
£105.43 from eBay - but that’s before loads of fees to be taken away.
£3.20 bank interest
£3.85 in coppers/silver coins I’m going to bag up or have put in my purse that were in a pot or two where I live.As suspected the pension I pay into went down after suddenly jumping £500 in a day this week, it’s still up on the last day of November so I think the most sensible thing to do is have a look if it has gone up again by the end of the month, I’m counting it as income although I can’t touch it for a long time!Tomorrow I have items listed ended with bids so far of £50 and am doing a mystery shop at a funeral company. It’s less than a mile for me to walk to so am going to fit this in amid working from home as well as posting eBay sales so far.
I like the knock-on effect of this challenge where I’m looking closer than ever at what I’m spending and where I’m saving money. It’s good to be in control.I went to a party where there was a Secret Santa and someone bought me a present I have no use for and I looked up and saw that it’s being sold for £12+ online, so erm that will be on eBay soon. I can’t face Facebook Marketplace.
Logged back into YouGov after 6 years, 🤣🤦🏻♀️still got almost 4,000 points needed until £50. Signed up for a new (to me) survey site and finding it hard to be motivated with it.Thank you for all the inspiration and reading my long post!3 -

Have you tried Prolific - best survey site that I have ever used, though do think there is a waiting list for them at the moment.
