The TFL adverts for the ULEZ expansion say that "4 out of 5 cars in the zone are already compliant".macman said:What are my presumptions? How do you know it has 'wiped out practically all non compliant cars from the zone'? Which, of course, was the intended purpose.
What is unclear is whether that is 4 out of 5 cars across the entire ULEZ zone (including the current zone within the North / South Circular roads) or 4 out of 5 cars in the area to be added later this year.
Does anybody know?0 -
It's likely to be talking about the new zone - virtually all cars in the old zone will already be compliant.
