No, we purchased from Natuzzi Wednesbury.

Apparently the address below is the head office but it isn't mentioned anywhere on our paperwork.

Hi all,

This is potentially looking like a no go from a section 75 aspect judging by the phone conversation I had with them earlier.

The guy on the phone didn’t sound to promising and said they cant refund for quality issues as its our interpretation of quality against the shop.

Where do I go from here??

Tell the credit company that you are making an formal complaint.

Is the material of your sofa the same material as the showroom model?

If not, it may be a quirk of the material.

I'm reading that the engineer agrees with you but the head office dispute his assessment?

It’s a different material but at no point during the ordering process were we told it would look any different. 

The material we chose was actually more expensive than the showroom model

The engineer verbally told me when he was here that there was excessive material and that’s why it looked baggy and rippled. He also said that a repair wouldn’t work as most as f the defects has been sewn in.  

Now when I’ve asked for a copy of the report the shop/head office and the engineer will not give us a copy.

Doesn’t help you but I had issues with a sofa  ( different issue to yours) a few years back , they sent an engineer out , he wouldn’t tell me his findings when he was at the house and neither he nor the store would let me see the report.
