I've had another nail polish declutter, another 16 polishes given away.  It would have been more but DD asked me to keep all the grey ones I was getting rid of.

16 nail polishes gone?  Well done @dolly84!

Last few pre-Christmas festive season INS, and that should be it now- unless I get any beauty stuff for Christmas, which doesn't count!

    • L'Oreal Infallible 24hr Freshwear foundation- ivory Rose:  Mine is kinda low, and cannot risk it. Need it for Xmas.
    • L'Oreal Paris Lash Paradise Mascara Black Waterproof:  No real excuse for this one, except it';s my HG and I miss it, and I want to look my most fluttery fabulousness at Christmas.  PLUS, the mascara I have open at the moment (not Lash Paradise, can't remember what one it is, a Maybelline one maybe) feels a bit dry n hard work, but has only been open a month…..
    • Garnier Moisture Bomb sheet mask- Super hydrating & rebalancing (hyaluronic & green tea):  Wanted a mask the Christmas break, I'll probs use this Boxing Day morning <3
    • Revlon Super Lustrous lipstick in Pink in the Afternoon: Super easy my lips but better colour.  Really didn't need this, but wanted something easy and moisturising. I love my Maybelline Matte Ink ones, they last for ever on the lips BUT they are drying, so I wanted something light and breezy.
    • Max Factor Colour Elixir lipstick in Pink Brandy:  Quite natural corally colour.  They don't have the best smell, I mean it's not terrible, but not the nicest smelling lippie, BUT it looks gorgeous in its gold packaging and the colour is lovely, and also feels moisturising.
    • Sanex Biome Protect Dermo Moisturising Shower gel:  Running low, and this is what they had in the Tescos when I popped in there, so….. I use other Sanex, so I'm sure it'll be fine!

    Throw Away
    • Garnier Ultimate Blends Nourishing Hair Food- Banana and Shea: Think this has gone funny, smelled a bit weird, so this is going.  It's been open quite a while!

    UU

Used up some little travel pots I'd decanted face moisturiser into.  Used up on the body, and I can now clean out the little containers for next time I need them.

    • Travel pot- thick night moisturiser - think this was a No 7 night cream
    • Travel pot- day moisturiser - think this was Neutrogena hydroboost

    IN

    • Garnier Micellar Water Facial Cleanser For Delicate Skin and Eyes:  So my husb was at a work conference last week, back today, and two of his colleagues he spent most of the week with have just tested positive for covid.  :s  So  I popped out to Boots to get some covid tests, and whilst there I picked up this eye makeup remover, as the one I'd ordered as a replacement I had delivered to my parents house (to save us carrying stuff on the train)..... and well, now we might not be going to my parents house if he gets it!  Doh!!

I also picked up paracetomol, strepsils and tissues just incase!  :s  fingers crossed its unnecessary!!!!!!!!!!!!

Another UU and another item I've hit pan in:-

UU:  Superdrug Vitamin E Shea shower cream Coconut fragrance.  I finished this off as bubble bath in a couple of baths.

Hit pan in Angel highlighter in the limited edition Urban Decay Gwen Stefani blush palette.  My favourite highlighter as it's really subtle.  Will need to swatch my others to see if I have anything similar.

  • Fingers crossed you've managed to escape it @Clutterbug07

Have a couple more UU to report from the weekend:

Glamglow Thirstymud face mask - This was a mini that I've had open longer than I care to admit...I bought it to use on long haul flights to keep my skin hydrated (and it definitely works!) but realised that I kind of needed to just use it.  Especially since GG have withdrawn from the UK market a while ago.  I'm hoping I can find another one in the CCO when I visit in January, otherwise I'll have to try and find something else to deal with the mammoth trip we have coming up next year.

Lush Cinnamon Roll bubble bar - loved the scent of this, the amount of bubbles and the faint shimmer in the water (which didn't stick to my skin and was easy to rinse out of the bath).  Got 3 baths out of this, could have been more but I wanted to be a little indulgent

Estee Lauder Sumptuous Volume Extreme Waterproof mascara - I love this thing.  I bought my first tube to wear for my wedding and it literally gives the best lashes but does not budge, yet comes off fairly easily with oil.  I only buy this now when we're going on hot holidays and pick it up at duty free (because it's expensive).  This tube I got in August when we went to Florida and have worn it since, but this weekend I noticed it was drying out and it made my eyes feel slightly irritated when I first applied it.  So out it goes and is replaced with my usual L'Oreal Lash Paradise waterproof.

Also have an IN to report:

Biosance Omega Repair Cream -  I use this as my night cream and am running very low.  Manged to pick up another one of their limited edition bonus sizes for less than the price of the regular size - essentially got 100ml for less than the price of the standard 50ml 👍

Few more things spluttering at the moment so should have a few more out's by the end of the year.

The end of year flurry of products leaving the house continues with 2 more UU today:

Lush Hot Toddy shower gel: really like the scent of this and it did the job.  Replaced with a mini Snow Fairy one and then it will be on to the non-Christmas themed stash next year.

Nivea Sun Matte Face SPF 50: can't remember the real name of this but anywho, used to like it, bought this one from Amazon rather than the usual Boots or Superdrug, and I think this was old as it wasn't as good as I remember it being.  Back to the old faithful of LRP Anthelios Dry Touch Gel Cream.

    2 more UUs

The Ordinary cleanser.  I love this however know that Santa has got me a cleanser so am holding off repurchasing until I've used that.  Will use my C&P until Christmas.

MAC Radiance Primer.  Again, love this however I ordered the wrong one with my last MAC order.
