    Morning all,

So the cafe shift yesterday was no where near as bad as my mind thought it would be so that is good. I will try and find out today what their plans are for it now - I guess they will sell it to one of the other parties which were interested and in which case I may not have a job there for much longer but hey ho I still stand by the fact that buying it was not right for us and the original cafe have just renewed my contract for another year so all is not lost :)

I have another 9 hour shift again today - it was quite busy yesterday but felt a nice steady pace so hopefully the same again would be good as it makes the time go pretty quickly :)

I'm going to give Baileys a good giggle again by posting a huge list  :D but I promise I will be kind to myself and only get done what my body and mind feels it can do today :)

So today I HOPE I WILL:-
    1. Play on Mistplay (50 points target) - 7 points so far :)
    2. Watch videos on WeR8 - still no videos available today :(

    5. Phone BTL1 mortgage company for up to date balance
    6. Transfer remaining £108 from YBS into higher interest account
    7. Comment on in search of posts to hopefully get some orders - commented one one post so far :)
    8. Write and schedule social media posts for first two weeks of Jan
    9. Get business accounts up to date
    10. List something on facebook marketplace
    11. Prepare cardmaking downloads for advent calendar (better late than never)
    12. Take a course from a membership
    13. Design something new to sell
    14. List something new on Etsy
    15. Check freepostcode lottery

    Morning all,

It's bloody freezing here today but as I have to leave for work in half an hour and nobody else is up yet I am determined to not turn the heating on until tonight! Call me tight or very money savvy - I don't mind either ;)

My cafe shift today is going to be a hard one as I'm pretty certain I broke my toe last night - stupidly I misjudged where the doorframe was and gave it a good kick! My little toe is almost the size of big toe this morning and is a lovely purple colour (along with the sole of my foot near the toe too). I'm hoping for a quieter day so I can have a little sit down a few times but given the last couple of days and the fact that we have a table of 12 in today I don't fancy my chances much! Oh well I have four days off after today so I can rest it then :)

Other than work I am hoping for a pretty uneventful day allowing me time to plough through my list of tasks but in true me fashion I will obviously never actually manage to cross everything off ;)

So today I HOPE I WILL:-
    1. Play on Mistplay (50 points target) - DONE 252 points today :)
    2. Watch videos on WeR8 - DONE one video for 8p :)
    3. Raise custom order on Etsy for A4 sized order book - DONE its for a £35.75 order so that will be good :)
    4. Scan shopping hubby done at Lidl yesterday for Shop and Scan - DONE :)
    5. Post off little bag of love for Etsy order - DONE :)
    6. Print and cut 250 plantable cards for Etsy order
    7. Phone BTL1 mortgage company for up to date balance
    8. Transfer remaining £108 from YBS into higher interest account - DONE :)

    14. Take a course from a membership
    15. Design something new to sell
    16. List something new on Etsy
    17. Check freepostcode lottery - DONE not a winner :(
    18. Complete Prime Opinion survey

Morning everyone from a very cold Norfolk Broads :)

I'm not at work work at the cafe today so I am hoping to spend the whole day today doing productive things in my business and decluttering the house :) Both of those things should keep me warm (so no need for heating) and keep me out of mischief ;)

I'm actually glad I'm not at work today as my toe is seriously throbbing. I think I need to rest it as much as I can so I will declutter sitting down if that is possible :) I promise I will stop if it gets too much though Baileys ;)

So let's get on with my super ambitious list.

So today I HOPE I WILL:-
    1. Play on Mistplay (50 points target) - DONE 72 points collected :)
    2. Watch videos on WeR8 - no videos available so far :(
    3. Print and cut 250 plantable cards for Etsy order - DONE Printed and cut :) Now just to photograph and post off :)
    4. Send proof to customer for order book for Etsy order - just waiting confirmation as to whether logo required on book or not. Sent message to confirm :)
    5. Phone BTL1 mortgage company for up to date balance - DONE balance gone down by £330 so very happy :)
    6. Comment on in search of posts to hopefully get some orders
    7. Write and schedule social media posts for first two weeks of Jan
    8. Get business accounts up to date
    9. List something on facebook marketplace - DONE listed some fabric gift bags for £30 I made ages ago and never sold :)
    10. Prepare cardmaking downloads for advent calendar (better late than never)
    11. Take a course from a membership
    12. Design something new to sell
    13. List something new on Etsy
    14. Check freepostcode lottery - DONE not a winner :(
    15. Complete Prime Opinion survey - DONE one survey completed for 21 points :)
    16. Take a survey on Inbox Pounds
    17. Create another cardmaking download
    18. Upload completed designs onto craftsuprint
    19. Tidy more of craft room/office - DONE a small section cleared today and it is beginning to look so much better :)
    20. No heating on until 5pm - DONE although I did turn it on at 5pm exactly as it was so cold :)
    21. Look into different pet insurance as premium has risen again - DONE found one which is £6.99 a minth cheaper and has an annual £100 excess rather than £100 excess per claim :)
    22. Complete tax return
    23. Put away dry washing - DONE :)
    24. Get one load of washing washed and hung up inside to dry - in washing machine and being spun as I type :)
    25. Delete 3500 emails from my inbox - 2700 deleted so far :)
    26. NSD - DONE I did have to spend £7.49 for car parking at rail station (I was only there for 21 minutes and 20 minutes is allowed for free so I'm annoyed but I'm not claiming that as making daughter pay for it :)
    Mortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 paid off July 2025 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.02

Good to hear you you are considering stopping if your toe gets worse. I hope it greatly improves with you not needing to be on your feet today.

I'm glad your toe is improving, hopefully by the time you're back in the cafe it will have greatly improved.

It's cold here too, currently -6 and not predicted to get as high as 0 until Saturday afternoon at the earliest 🥶

Thanks Baileys - it is certainly feeling much better with me not standing on it for 9 hours straight that's for sure :)

I take back everything I say about it being cold here, -6 is far far too cold for me - I would have to  hibernate!!

    Hope your staying warm x
