Oh that is exciting news, @EH. Good idea to make that comprehensive list of costs. These things always cost more than we anticipate. Where moving house is concerned, that's just the nature of the beast, so I know you will be pulling every clever daily money saving hack in the book over the next few weeks........& probably afterwards too, as we never quite know what the bills will be when we move to a bigger/new place. I can positively hear the sound of steam coming off your calculator.
