 Always worth having a conversation with them as they can potentially add more detail.
 Spent my student days working for a competing scheme and the number of cases that were called in as "stolen" but when adding the extra detail we had via our system most the time the penny dropped and they hadnt been stolen at all... though in one case it appears to have been the cardholder's husband buying flowers with the points for their mistress when they'd claimed they were away on business.0
