I have checked my points on my nectar card this evening, and see on the 10 & 12th of November someone from Ayesbury has used my card in a garage to pay for petrol!

I am autistic and find this very upsetting. I would like my points back please, how do I go about this?
Many thanks.

You need to contact nectar to report fraudulent activity, as a starting point on their phone number and raise a complaint.
Can I suggest that you edit your first post to remove your real name as well. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1

nectar cards don't need a PIN to use so easy to eg take a photo of someone's barcode and then redeem their points1

            Do you live near Aylesbury?

            It wasn't me, honest!
All you can do is to contact Sainsburys, so when they respond, come back for advice if you need it.3

Make sure you have two factor authentication turned on. If your password gets leaked and you've re-used it on many websites then someone can get into all of them.
Of course that doesn't stop them just swiping the barcode if they know the number as there is no PIN instore.0

yes - they find out someone"s long nectar number, use an online barcode generator to.print out a barcode and scan this at the self checkout to redeem the points. Simples !1

Just to add, there have been many, many reports of Nectar points being stolen. Even when they are used at the other end of the country, Nectar will always seemingly say that the card holder must have allowed their card to be used.
