Apparently I have a CCJ now? I haven't lived at this address for 7 years.
I'm unsure of how to continue, I didn't even know about this parking charge, and the car park they reference doesn't even exist anymore!

CEL sending a batch of these out
Check your credit file, if its quite old then do nothing as it will drop of your credit file 6 years from date it went on.(of course it may not even be on there)1 -

982 out of 999 if that means anything at all. Looks like you have to pay to find out if you have a CCJ?

You can get your credit report from all 3 agencies for 3 ( there is a 4th but its not really relevant)
Clearscore which uses Equifax
Credit karma which uses transunion
Mse credit club which uses Experian
