I have had a 2 year ISA with UBLUK. I have found them to be very good. Not long after I took out the ISA and transferred a maturing ISA from elsewhere to them, they increased the interest rate and as soon as I requested to go onto the new rate they did it and started the two years again. Also I sent a secure message asking about dates for the interest to be paid (monthly) and they got back to me with a list of the dates and the amounts for the whole of the year. I was quite impressed with that. I have since transferred the ISA elsewhere and they were efficient at that as well. Would recommend them and would use them again if their interest rates were good when looking for an account.1
