1. You are only entitled to use your TradePoint Card (or temporary Scheme membership card) in connection with the purchase of Products in the course of your business, trade or profession.

Tradepoint also have this in their T&C's - should this not cover them for considering all tradepoint sales are B2B sales?

The requirements of the consumer rights act are deemed to apply and a business can’t contract out your consumer rights, otherwise they all would.

However they could of course throw you out of their club and deny further purchases.
