British Gas admits its smart meter customers have been unable to track their energy usage

@irharris Thank you for the reply. This is a BG issue only. But by way of update, I managed to sign-up for a service called 'loop' today which can access your smart meter and show you all the data and charts in full. (loophome.app). It's a free service, and now gives me all the data I need. So if the data is available, why can't BG process / display it. Not to worry, I have now left them and moved to OVO (until they go bust !)0

I downloaded this app as we have a first generation Smart Meter that no longer works.
