  • Could I join and get a number please?

I already have a few survey accounts but have pinched some of the ones by reading through all the posts here so hopefully I can up it more.

I earn quite a bit through my side hustles so I won’t count those unless they are overtime on the side hustle, otherwise I would hit the £2023 in a few months. Trying to hit £2023 without the side hustle will be a massive challenge but I like a massive challenge ;)

I will have a look at backdating to Jan 1st midweek so I can work out where I am currently at

Total Debt May 21 £20,490.44  DEBT FREE DATE 29/7/22

    Mortgage balance May 21 £177,096.19. Now £146,747.17
Mortgage free date. At start of sole mortgage = July 2042

2024 SAVINGS FOCUS - get rid of the car finance. Savings balance/outstanding balance = £11,857.56/£12,706.25
2025 Savings Focus - 33.3/33.3/33.3 split; savings for house renovations (bathrooms/garden/kitchen; whichever collapses first), save for a family holiday (probably our last one!) and paydown/offset the mortgage

  • #58 February update, I work worked two extra days this month, so will add next month when it gets paid. I have also been busy setting up my caravan on Airbnb as another income stream, rather than letting it sit unused for most of the year, + I have already got my first guests booked! I have linked my bank account to YouGov finance as well.

  • #46. Since my last update on 22/1/23 I have had £43.01 interest. TSB gave me £30 as an apology for a complaint I had. I got £50 from YouGov finance, £10 for signing up to wombat invest, £50 for signing up to CMC invest, £10.56 worth of free shares from Trading 212, £5 reward from TSB, £15 reward from Halifax accounts, £3 (post fee) from Natwest reward account, £6 post fee from RBS reward account, found £1.44 on the floor. I came across a box that said free please help yourself which contained a bicycle back wheel, a bicycle speedometer, 76 screws, 32 nails, a keyring, something that appears to be a manual screwdriver type thing, 23 cards (a mixture of birthday, Christmas, driving test, and christening cards), a mercury thermometer and a set of poker dice. I got a free set of bike lights, a reflective bag cover, and a 1 day bus ticket from university. I found 2 pens during this period too.

This takes me to £473.26 in cash, 20 nectar points, 7 leaver arch folders, 3 saucers, a bone china bowl, a wooden picture frame, 1 paperclip, a copy of the garden answers magazine, a railcard, 3 plates, 2 bowls, a Polish Zyloty, a bicycle back wheel, a bicycle speedometer, 76 screws, 32 nails, a keyring, something that appears to be a manual screwdriver type thing, 23 cards (a mixture of birthday, Christmas, driving test, and christening cards), a mercury thermometer, a set of poker dice, a set of bike lights, a reflective bag cover, 2 pens and a 1 day bus ticket in total.
