TSB - second current account, separate online account - how to merge into the old one?

I opened a Spend & Save about two months ago. Like other folk (by the sound of it), I was logged in at the start of the application, but was automatically logged out and ended up with a new online profile
I assumed that the 2 profiles would soon be merged, but not so far
I phoned about 3 weeks ago on another issue, and mentioned still having the two profiles, and I thought the person said this request would be sent off somewhere
What might become awkward for me if they don't do this for a while is I closed the old current account, and so at the moment there is no way to remove funds from the monthly saver account on that profile

Thanks, but from that monthly saver it seems only transfer is possible, not to new payee, only to other accounts in the same profile (two easy savers from old matured accounts)
There's also a Visa credit card in that profile, and i can't transfer to that, which could have had a chance of being useful in some circumstances0 -
I've just phoned up and a merge request was submitted
It is possible that when I spoke 3 weeks ago it wasn't actually sent off, just discussed, as the first reason for the call was something else
Today she said a flag came up to say as they had a backlog of these merge requests so it might take a bit longer than usual0 -
It lasts already for more than a month for my wife. First phone call. Nothing changed after 20 working days. Second call 17 calendar days ago. Still nothing.

Not as slow as the warning may have suggested
This evening (next day) both log ins show all accounts0
