    Might be for the best. People with names like Null have also found that they break many computer systems.

    Well on Windows Nul is a reserved word for legacy reasons so if the database in question is accessed via Windows (which it probably will be) and there is a need to create a temporary file called Nul en-route to tshoving it in the main database, Windows will just say yeah you're not having that.

    I came here to post that link o:) .  There is a company registered in the UK (which you can find on the Companies House website) with a name like ';DROP TABLE `Companies` --
