There are lots of reviews on the Google Maps webpage about parking.
Time and time again 'the management' have responded there to complaints about parking.
Their typical response is along the lines of...I'm sorry to hear of your experience with Group Nexus. The car park and appeal system are run entirely by them, and I'm afraid we have no influence over their decision, but if you would like to discuss this further with us, our email address is customer.services@britishland.com. Kind Regards the Crown Wharf team
Disappointing to see that they appear to have no control over their subcontractor.
To repeat...
customer.services@britishland.com
There are 3,900 reviews on that website.
I only read the newest twenty of them and seventeen of those were complaining about parking.3 -
Crown Wharf used to cancel when it was ParkingEye there, but I think at the time the agent was JLL (seem to recall the name Jonathan).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just an update! I appealed through POPLA and they have just sent an email from them stating:
The operator has contacted us and told us that they have withdrawn your appeal.
If you have already paid your parking charge, this is the reason your appeal will have been withdrawn. Unfortunately, you cannot pay your parking charge and appeal, which means that POPLA’s involvement in your appeal has ended. You will not be able to request a refund of the amount paid in order to resubmit your appeal to us.
If you have not paid your parking charge, the operator has reviewed your appeal and chosen to cancel the parking charge. As the operator has withdrawn your appeal, POPLA’s involvement has now ended and you do not need to take any further action
Thank you all again for your advice!!!
