Hi, looking for some advice. I ordered a phone through Fonehouse on 3 network and cancelled in the first week. I sent the unused sealed phone back and they’re telling me they’ve cancelled my 3 contract but 3 tell me they haven’t. They’re both telling me to ring the other and I’m getting nowhere. Three won’t cancel the contract and say Fonehouse need to tell them to cancel it, Fonehouse say they’ve done this. 
Meanwhile I have no refund or phone and a contract running I don’t want that should be cancelled.
