Barclaycard £20 offer is basically a scam

Always make sure you have screenshots from banks site, not a 3rd party.
Marketing set up these offers & front line staff have no idea of all these different offers, or even chance to keep up with them.

One of my constant moans at them. They set offers up. How hard is it to set up a database of them stating which sites, offer & the start & finish date so front line staff do not look stupid when they say they have no idea/heard of such offers. 
Sadly marketing are a law unto themselves & are only interested in the stats they generate (new customers) but forget everything else. 🤬
