What do you want advice on? I thought this had been covered pretty thoroughly.Standingstrong said:Anyone advise0 -
How long is a piece of string?
Staff shortages, Christmas, postal strikes. Any guess that your friend makes as to the timescales is likely to be as accurate or inaccurate as anyone else’s.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -

If it goes to court, the likely outcome will be 6 points (same as the fixed penalty). She will also face an income-related fire, victim surcharge, and costs.Standingstrong said:

That's for a simple 'routine' no insurance case. If there are aggravating factors that you haven't mentioned then it could be 8 points, or even a ban.

I applied for a replacement licence 2 weeks ago, old paper to photo licence with address change and it arrived after just 7 days.0

OK, since the police were happy to issue a fixed penalty, we can assume there are no aggravating circs, so six points.Standingstrong said:
