  • If you want no preheat.... then you want no green light
    That's not how the instructions read above though is it?
    I have the same boiler (15 years)..... When we have the green light on it is flaring up night and day to keep a small ammount of water hot. We keep it off (not iluminated).... that's how ours seems to work

    There are ~4 different user manuals for that boiler depending upon date of production so it is possible that behaviour may have changed during production.

    (I have a different model WB with preheat & for mine green light lit is preheat off. However, if you have timed HW on periods that will override Eco Mode).
  • I have the same boiler. Green light on = Pre heat off.

    Always check after a power outage as the default is green light off.
