Maybe ask the full question and you'll get an answer - until then the rules are here
Rates and allowances: travel — mileage and fuel allowances - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)

(if that is what you are asking)

And stuff like maintenance, fuel, tax, MOT, basically all the costs associated with running a car. Well, a proportion of it, on the assumption that you're using the car for personal use as well. That's why the rate drops to 25p after 10,000 miles - the theory being that the higher rate for the first 10,000 miles will have covered the "running costs" as it were, from then on it's pretty much just covering fuel costs. It's not an exact science, of course, but that's the idea behind it.Not sure if this helps to answer whatever question it is you're asking?

However, the limits are for business miles, not commuting.1 -
Looked at his previous posts, has form for strange partial queries.1

My guess is he’s asking how much it actually costs to run a car for 190 miles and will he have anything left over out of 45 pence per mile.0
