EASY JET CREDIT NOTE REFUND?

Hi,
My daughter booked a 3 night away package holiday with EasyJet to Berlin.
Easyjet cancelled the holiday and my daughter elected to have a credit voucher.
She booked another trip to Berlin using the credit voucher and now they have cancelled that holiday as well.
She has asked for a refund, and they have refused.
The same holiday has now gone up £300 if she chose again to use the voucher which would be a struggle for her to pay in this climate.
Is she entitled to a refund, or is this Easy Jet just trying to be clever?
I can't find any reference to 2nd credit voucher refunds on the internet.

Having paid for the second trip with a voucher (that she'd accepted the first time round), she isn't now entitled to a cash refund, as EasyJet are within their rights to refund to the same method of payment, i.e. by reissuing a voucher.

Having said that, why are they cancelling these holidays, and with how much notice?  If they're cancelling flights and not offering sensible alternatives then she might have some rights under the flight cancellation regulations alongside the package holiday ones....
  • I know they should have flown out on 3rd Feb 2023 and they told her this Tues 22nd Nov it was cancelled because they no longer had a flight, no alternative was offered. They would not offer a refund.
She checked on Easyjets website and there was a flight to Berlin the day before in same hotel on 2nd Feb 2023 costing  £1047(going with Husband), whereas her holiday the day after which Easyjet cancelled cost £377 for the 2 of them!
You read it right, the holiday Easyjet cancelled holiday for 3rd Feb 2023 cost £377 for 2 people.
The same holiday the day before in same hotel is £1047 for 2 people

She should still be entitled to re-routing, with an alternative airline, if necessary?
The problem will probably be around the accommodation booking, which presumably will have been cancelled?
