Transfer of current year's ISA savings allowance

Is it possible to transfer my current year's ISA subscriptions to another provider which allows 'mix and matching' of more than ISA product, and then split the subscriptions across more than one ISA - I have £20k in a virgin ISA (current year sub) and I want to transfer this £10k into a 1-y fix with Charter and £10k into a 2-yr fix with Charter.  Should this be possible?  Thanks

Yes but you need to transfer the whole of the current year's allowance. It also relies on the receiving provider offering the facility you require.
Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.
