Plumbing a fridge freezer

I want to get an American Fridge Freezer and place it in the pink spot. (This is the current Kitchen layout)
I want to get a plumber to plumb it in. Will this be a straightforward job?
I have a quartz worktop and the fridge freezer and dish washer are integrated.
Any idea the work that would be required to get water from the tap(beside the dishwasher) or outside (there is an outside tap underneath the window.
Will this be a messy job?
Thank you

I don't want to spend a lot of time on comparison, but at first look the only new information is quartz worktop that hardly makes any difference.

Will the worktop need to be removed to connect the pipe. What drilling work (if any) is required?0

I would have thought a simple flexible hose like a washing machine hose through the end panel, slide the dishwasher out for easy access0
