Everything works fine now on Google Chrome.
I don't use Firefox, but I checked and all the websites like Love holidays are still not working.
And the Toshiba 50 inch TV, Love holidays is not working.
But everything on Google Chrome is so I am ok.
Thanks MSE James0 -
You're now on an optimal OS.
If anyone suggests a way of updating it beyond High Sierra on your machine, tell them thanks but no thanks.
Macs have terrible back-compatibility and some OS upgrades can trap you into a cycle of expensive third-party upgrades (MS Office, Adobe etc.) you'd be better off avoiding.

Thanks zagubov.
I learnt 2 weeks ago when I upgraded something in app store and the mac didn't work and I had to take it to a shop.
I won't be upgrading anything again.
One other problem that hasn't changed since I got High Sierra is when I click onto this forum it takes a minute to appear, and when I click onto page 2, another minute.
Thanks0 -
Some browsers are slower in higher mac OSs. Chrome might be one of them. Vivaldi or Firefox might be faster, perhaps Brave as well.wkt54 said:Thanks zagubov.
