Hi, I have an issue with Vouchercloud and I'd like to do a complain to ombudsman but I'm not sure which one is the right one for this sort of business. Any advice, please?

There isn't an ombudsman for coupons.0

What are the options then for this type of companies?0

What is the issue? Its almost certain their terms and conditions won't leave you with anything where you can take action.
But if you genuinely have lost money then it would be small claims court to recover it, if writing to them hasn't worked.0 -
They should give me a £25 voucher for a purchase trough their website but they don't want to do it. I have more than a month after the first 120 days waiting.... for nothing. Are big SCAMMERS. I need the right ombudsman to do a complain.jon81uk said:What is the issue? Its almost certain their terms and conditions won't leave you with anything where you can take action.

Bascially if it doesn't track and the merchant won't verify that you bought something, you don't get the reward.
Its always been this way with topcashback, quidco and all these sorts of cashback deals, its never guaranteed.
As before, there is no ombudsman for retail or vouchers.
