    This really is simple.  Landowner cancels it or they don't.  If the latter, you ignore it.

    The appeal wasn't meant to work!  The NEWBIES thread tells you it won't against an IPC firm.  Rejection letters are inevitable.

    Thanks for all the help so far. Sorry for not knowing much about this topic. What would happen after ignoring debt letters? Court claim? debt collectors? Bad credit history? Kindly point to me where I can read more about it and prepare myself.

    If we had to restate the Newbies FAQS thread on every individual new thread, we'd have drowned and given up years ago!
