Yeah feels like any excuse now to give extra points

See that if they ask you if you would answer a few extra questions they used to give you extra points. But they don’t seem to now. So won’t bother!

Just had an e-mail they are repeating the offer also with 500 if you only do 2

From Friday 18th till Monday 21st August, inclusive, we want to give you bonus points for completing TV surveys. This means you will not only get the normal 100 points for every individual TV survey you do but you will also receive additional BONUS points too! The more points you collect, the more you can spend!

We have for you two offers applicable for the above time period:

• If you complete 2 TV Surveys you will receive 500 bonus points
• If you complete 4 TV Surveys you will receive 1000 bonus points

I don't know why they don't up the points normally and stop messing around with "bonus" points

This happened on 27/06 but it was not until the following day they fixed it (resetting details did not work)

"Apologies that since last afternoon the panel portal is unavailable and you are not able to fill out the daily TV and Radio survey.

This is due to technical issues.

As soon as these are solved and the portal is available again we will send out an e-mail to inform you."

 next day they advised everyone would get 150 points 

I am still waiting for it to be fixed despite several assurances that they are looking into it. 

Fixed at last and able to do surveys but having trouble getting my voucher as not getting the validation code.  See others have had this problem so will try what they did to sort it.

Changed phone number to my wife's and that worked so all sorted now.

Since noticing there was no extra points for doing the extra survey I've been telling them I didn't have time (maybe last few weeks) this time they didn't give me that option went straight into talking about HS2, has that happened with anyone else?

I wasn't going to complete one at the moment as there are no extra points on offer but I had a look and after the TV one it went straight into the HS2 questions so I just closed the survey (hadn't refused the extra surveys before so it's not based on that)
