  • See that if they ask you if you would answer a few extra questions they used to give you extra points. But they don’t seem to now. So won’t bother!

    Just had an e-mail they are repeating the offer also with 500 if you only do 2


    From Friday 18th till Monday 21st August, inclusive, we want to give you bonus points for completing TV surveys. This means you will not only get the normal 100 points for every individual TV survey you do but you will also receive additional BONUS points too! The more points you collect, the more you can spend!

    We have for you two offers applicable for the above time period:

    • If you complete 2 TV Surveys you will receive 500 bonus points
    • If you complete 4 TV Surveys you will receive 1000 bonus points
  • I don't know why they don't up the points normally and stop messing around with "bonus" points

    Fixed at last and able to do surveys but having trouble getting my voucher as not getting the validation code.  See others have had this problem so will try what they did to sort it.

    I had to play around a bit when they started this system but once I worked it out it has worked first time every time I have used it

    I had to play around a bit when they started this system but once I worked it out it has worked first time every time I have used it
    Changed phone number to my wife's and that worked so all sorted now.

    Since noticing there was no extra points for doing the extra survey I've been telling them I didn't have time (maybe last few weeks) this time they didn't give me that option went straight into talking about HS2, has that happened with anyone else?
