Just visited the site to check I had 0 points and found 1,000 had been added on 5/07 (no e-email about it) - I will do enough surveys to get this up to 1500 to clear it again.0

It's not just me then! I've been trying to redeem my points for days now and just get the same message, so every day I update my phone number then it says it's sent a code but I never receive it. I've had no response to my query from their helpdesk either. I thought GFK were a reputable company but now I'm having doubts.fly-catchers said:Still trying to get the £1 my current points are worth! at some point I got a message to my mobile to confirm the number ( after playing around with/without the "44" for a bit), confirmed it, tried again to redeem and got a code (different to the code to confirm my number) for the vouchertansycat said:

The 1,000 they added plus 3 tv and 4 radio got me to 1,500 again - just redeemed and the code arrived within a minute, entered and email with the voucher arrived immediately.0

I had to delete my mobile number and put in another (used a friend's so could get the code), then changed it back to my own. Then I was able to claim a code ok.I have decided its too much effort for little reward these days so have deleted my account.1

I was giving up with the surveys again when I found out what the points were worth (had already stopped when they added streaming still just for prize draws). Unless they add another 1,000 points to my account for no reason I have done my last for them as well.

I still get e-mails from them - The one for "Surprise Bonus Points!!" 10 TV surveys for 1500 bonus points effectively means if you do 10 radio surveys as well as 10 TV ones you will be getting 20p a day for 10 days0

They maybe struggling for completions at their standard reward rate given the most recent e-mail
"To receive 1000 bonus points you must complete 4 TV Surveys between Friday 11th till Monday 14th August, inclusive."
So 4 TV surveys and 2 radio ones plus the bonus pays £1 compared to the normal rate of 10 TV and 10 Radio for £10
