H&A Appliances - Electrical Retailer Website - Potential Scam

I have been another victim of this company and paid with my debit card. Remember credit cards do have extra protection but I have just got my money back though Charge Back. It took 30 days as stated by Mastercard terms, not sure what Visa terms are. First important thing was to cancel by debit card and get a new one then contacted the bank and explained I didn't receive my goods. I didn't mention is might be a scam and went through the banks procedure like a normal company claim.
They said I will have to call back after 30 days from purchasing the goods and they need details of the order number and evidence of what I have done to contact them, this was all printed out and sent to my bank last week with a cover letter and the money is now back in my account. I'm guessing Mastercard will now chase the money from H A appliances bank account.
Charge Back was easier than I thought.

You'll get offered a free slow cooker, not much use if you already have one.2 -
Another heads up about this lot. They are still active and still fooling many people (myself included). I was lucky - my bank refunded my money almost immediately after I raised a dispute - I suspect they will be aware of them.
If you're one of their victims, as well as pursuing getting your money back, make sure you report them to Trading Standards, Police Action Fraud, and to Google (they are appearing in the Google Shopping Ads section so why wouldn't you believe it was genuine).
They need to be stopped.2 -
An application has been made by the apparent company owner to strike the company off the Companies house register...

However the Trustpilot reviews keep coming day by day with the same experience as the previous few posters.

I'm surprised at the 60 days. My bank (Lloyds) refunded my money within a day of me raising a dispute with them and that was with a Visa Debit card.
I also cancelled the card I had paid with and ordered a new one. Wouldn't trust this bunch of scammers not to try and take more money off me.2
