  • Hello... just an update

I've received a letter from DCBL saying they intend to go ahead with proceedings and take me to court.

Now I've recieved a letter of: Notice of Propoed Allocation to the Small Claims Track

It does say to send to both parties. But I have to sign the form. Do I use a digital name print and not exact signature?

And is there anything else I need to do before I send it off?

    Thanks

What form?  Is it the N180 - DQ?  Is there a space for a signature?

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

  • The questionaire they sent to me - theyve put

A1 - they agree to case going to small claims mediation

C1 - They agree to small claims track for this case

D1 - Hearing venue - they asked for the climants home court

    D3 Witnesses = 1

    ------------------------------------------------

I asked for an oral hearing in front of a judge and no to the mediation or telephone.

I also asked for my area for the hearing to take place
  • Standard letter from DCBL

NOTE:   "without prejudice"  AND they want a deal.

So you emailed the N180 to both DCBLegal and the CCBC?

Good, as long as you received by email, an auto-acknowledgement from the CCBC straight back.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The ball is in the court of DCBL now. It will all depend if they wake up and realise that this UKPC case is rubbish or prefer to face a judge with a whipping stick
