Hello... just an update
I've received a letter from DCBL saying they intend to go ahead with proceedings and take me to court.
Now I've recieved a letter of: Notice of Propoed Allocation to the Small Claims Track
It does say to send to both parties. But I have to sign the form. Do I use a digital name print and not exact signature?
And is there anything else I need to do before I send it off?
Thanks0 -
What form? Is it the N180 - DQ? Is there a space for a signature?2

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The questionaire they sent to me - theyve put
A1 - they agree to case going to small claims mediation
C1 - They agree to small claims track for this case
D1 - Hearing venue - they asked for the climants home court
D3 Witnesses = 1
------------------------------------------------
I asked for an oral hearing in front of a judge and no to the mediation or telephone.
I also asked for my area for the hearing to take place0 -
Standard letter from DCBL
NOTE: "without prejudice" AND they want a deal.
Nobody wants to deal if they thought they could win ?
