My son's WHD was applied to my account by Octopus without my doing anything. I hadn't expected that he would get it as he's not the account holder.

E.ON emailed me a letter of authority to fill in for my daughter so she’s now added as a user on my account. They also asked me for her WHD reference number and her reason for being eligible. They’ve told me it will be allocated to the account between February and March.

Same problem here, husband has had a letter saying he’s eligible for WHD but can’t have it because the energy account is in my name!  Contacting Eonnext to see how this can be claimed.
