Error page on 'Thanks' profile

For several days now i get an error message and 'ran into a problem' when i click on the 'Thanks' feature in my profile's section.
I can do everything else normally, in the profile, but when clicking to see the thanked posts i just get this every time now.

Just for the record, I see exactly the same thing when I look at your profile...



But when I looked at half a dozen other profiles they all worked as expected.

This has been something that happens from time to time but I don't think we've been able to pin down the circumstances in which this error appears.

Yup, that's the one.
Not good that the site's tech peeps can't identify cause.

And it's still happening on my own profile 🙄

We'll keep this on our radar but please keep your reports coming so we can try to figure out the common factor as to when this error occurs. 

It's definitely not ideal so if we can gather a few more details we will ask our suppliers to look into it.

It's been on and off for months - mine comes then goes then comes again.... Touch wood it's been ok for a while.

And, the Latest Threads i'm seeing are not at all ...... they're from weeks ago.
What is happening with the site, why are there these periods of chaotic action ?
