So the best option may be to try and use stamps to just under the required value and pay the last 10p or so in cash; then the PO clerk can print the SD label for the small amount and trigger the correct receipt.charlie12 said:It's more difficult to obtain a proper SD receipt when stamps are used because it requires some specific options to be selected on the system that many staff don't know how to do. I've done it once and it worked. But as you said earlier - it requires the clerk to know how to deal with stamps as pre-payment and that may depend on who you get.
