I received the same email in august and they offered me to either sign a new 12 month contract and pay £22 a month or don’t sign any contract and still pay £22. It’s been 3 months since my contract’s minimum term ended and I still pay the £22 without any contract so must have been an error on their side. Glad you got it sorted0

Had a similar email which is pretty badly worded what you would pay after the contract. Phoned up and got it even cheaper then what I am paying now.0
