Mobile Phone Issues
Options
Hi All,
I have a Honor 10 Lite, recently it's developed a number of issues recently and I was hoping someone could help:
1. Most but not all incoming calls are not registering, the phone does not ring and there is no missed call notification. What I do get is a text message advising me of a missed call. I'm never out of reception and my phone was never turned off.
2. Browser screens close unexpectedly.
3. Expanding YouTube videos sometimes causes the picture to cramp into the corner, other times the screen goes black.
4. Adding an email attachment causes memory issues, I frequently have to restart my phone to resolve.
Thanks in advance.

Without wanting to sound too flippant, try a factory reset and if that doesn't help, a new phone0

Some apps like Whatsapp do it all for you, you just back it up to Google Drive, reinstall it on the new phone after swapping the sim and you just restore the backup.Things like contacts if they're on your Google account come down automatically. Photos if the sync/auto backup is enabled should all be online in your Google account anyway. There are various apps on the Play Store to backup/restore SMS text messages/call logs.0
