LISA Allowance - strange goings on!

Daughter has just transferred from skipton to moneybox. She paid £4k into skipton this May. Moneybox app says she still has a £1k bonus to claim for 22/23. Have just gone back in to the skipton account and it states the following:

There hasn't been any increase to annual contribution limits so it must be the latter. Was the bonus paid as expected by Skipton?0

yes it was. MB should know what she had contributed, it's an essential part of the transfer process for the old ISA manager to tell the new ISA manager if the ISA contains current year subscriptions and how much. It seems one of them has made an error.
