PUK help required

my sons PAYG o2 Samsung D500 is asking for a PUK code

what is this ? how do I get one ? and , hopefully it won`t cost anything !
I`m now officially too old to die young

  • Ring o2 and they will give you one - it's free. It just means he's entered a password wrong too many times so the phone has locked itself.
    Wondering how to have a life & not rack up more debts...
  • Call your son's network and they will provide it free of charge. You can also sign up on the networks website and in the future you can get it by logging on to the acount online.
    The reason it is asking for a PUK code is due to the pin code being entered wrong more than 3 times
    end the tv tax
  • o2 couldn`t have been more helpfull

    apparently you can also get this PUK code off their website under help then unlock my mobile .
