On 16th October we applied to Santander for their 2.75% easy access savings account and immediately sent our ID documentation. Hear we are over a month later and they have still not opened the account despite receiving a couple of apologies for the delay emails. What’s going on with Santander? I would have thought it would…

2.65% showing from Skipton Building Society on the MSE page. Very reputable and long standing building society close to me. I would have no problem placing funds with them if I hadn't successfully opened the Santander 2.75% a/c.
