Is there any 3yr+ ISAs that pay monthly interest and still maintain a reasonable interest rate (4%+)? All the 3yr and 5yr ones listed are annual or maturity only

The MSE articles only ever list the top few accounts in each category, so if you want more comprehensive data then you need to use a site like Moneyfacts, which has a more sophisticated interface allowing you to filter searches of the whole market.
Searching there for three year ISAs paying interest monthly identifies 16 in total, of which five pay 4%+, the best(-paying) being Paragon at 4.26%.0
