penalty for withdrawal isa

Hi there, can anyone help. My question is if I have a 2 year isa and want to withdraw a small amount from  the balance, do I pay the 90 day penalty for the full balance or just the amount I am withdrawing thanks

    It would normally be on the amount withdrawn, but it depends on the T&C of your account.

    And some fixed term ISAs do not allow partial withdrawals. For some it has to be transfer the whole amount out, or closure
